Welcome to OnlyMows! By subscribing to our lawn care services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.


1. Scope of Service

OnlyMows provides lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing off walkways & driveways only. We do not offer additional landscaping, edging, fertilization, leaf removal, or any other services outside of our defined scope.

2. Property Accessibility & Requirements

To perform our services efficiently, the following conditions must be met:

  • The property must be accessible upon our arrival. Locked gates must be left unlocked, or a code/key must be provided.
  • The lawn must be clear of debris, including toys, pet waste, lawn furniture, hoses, and other obstructions.
  • We are not responsible for moving objects left on the lawn. Failure to clear obstructions may result in skipped service with no refund.
  • We require that pets be secured inside the home or a designated area away from our service team.

3. Scheduling & Service Interruptions

  • Services are provided on a weekly basis, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, service may be rescheduled or skipped at our discretion.
  • If we are unable to access your property or perform services due to customer-related issues (e.g., locked gates, excessive debris, etc.), the full charge for that week will still apply.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Customer shall pay OnlyMows for the services and equipment furnished by OnlyMows. Customer shall pay all taxes, fees and other governmental charges assessed against or passed through to OnlyMows (other than real property/taxes).
  • Customer shall pay such fees as OnlyMows may impose from time to time by notice to Customer (including by way of example only, late payment fees, administrative fees and environmental fees), with OnlyMows to determine the amounts of such fees in its discretion up to the maximum amount allowed by Applicable Law.
  • By signing up, you agree to have a valid credit card on file for automatic billing.
  • Payments are processed at the beginning of each service week. Declined payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.
  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming service week.
  • We do not offer refunds for skipped services due to customer-related accessibility issues.

5. Damage & Liability

We take great care in providing our services, but in the rare event of accidental damage:

  • Any damages must be reported in writing and with pictures within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not responsible for damages to items left in the yard, including but not limited to hoses, toys, cables, sprinkler heads, or other lawn decorations.
  • If a claim is valid, we will assess the damage and provide a reasonable resolution.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information.
  • Customer information, including payment details, is securely stored and only used for billing and service communication.

7. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, repeated access issues, or unsafe conditions.
  • Customers may cancel service at any time with 48-hour notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations within 30 days of subscription, is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
